Some small suggestions

First of all, I think It would be cool for a XAT or a normal chatbox for each clan like one for Wepkier one for Heroes.Also, one for just us normal members.Another thing is we should have tutors for people who are having a bit of trouble understanding how to build Pokemon teams and things of that matter.We can make a forum called Trainer School for them to post in,also.My last idea for this post is we could have a "Pokemon Of the Week" it'll be really cool and the members could vote for 3 Pokemon nominated.Well that's all for now I still have buttloads of ideas but I'll save them for later.Comment telling me what you think of these ides. i like the chat ideas for clans and stuff.... but not Xat. i hate those chats. lol.

Bringing Tutors back would be interesting. Just that we need people who want to learn.

We discussed Pokemon of the Week, in the chat, and we'll mention it to Admins. :3

As for the chat for Clans/Normal Members, I think that at most, Clans would get it, but of course, 4 person chats would be dead and would make much more sense when we had many members on both sides. Normal members still have the normal chat, and I don't think there would be much activity from member's chat compared to the site chat as a whole.

Otherwise, I like the ideas, and I believe this is what we are looking for when it comes to member's opinions.

First of all, I'd like to say thanks for taking the time to make a post giving us some suggestions.

About XATs, well there's a PM feature that will let all members of a certain group (such as clan members) see a PM you've sent, provided you indicate that it goes out to all members of the clan. It would basically work as a chat, only somewhat slower. As Awake said, an entire chat just for the clan members wouldn't get much if any activity, so I really don't see a need for one. Unless there's some issue with the PM setting, it should work fine. The chatbox at the bottom of the main page is the one for regular chit-chat with members, and I really don't feel we need to make one just for the regular members, since it would have no moderators to settle any issues that arise in said chat.

I like the Trainer School idea, and to add to what you said, I think it'd be great if you could also just ask simple questions about something competitive Pokemon related in the section as well.

As for your last idea, the staff has been discussing what to do with the Pokemon of the Week part of the Workshop section. Expect to see something regarding it in the near future.

We used to have Pokemon of the Week. It wasn't really seeing much action though, so we took it down. Litterally it had like 12 views over a week XD

I don't think separate chatboxes for clans would be good. Also, I doubt Forumotion allows more than one chatbox, and Xat sucks.

The Tutors could be back. Also i'm not too sure about a Xat for seperate clans. Since they aren't really important atm and there wouldn't be too much point imo. :c And a Xat for normal members isn't really needed either. And we were discussing Pokemon of the week as well.

But he has a point. Some people are DIFFICULT to teach. And Synergy is the most important thing in a team.
