Marcau: You shoot a dart at the dummy. Nothing happens.

Freya: Your devotion and your embers burn all the way through your dummy, leaving you +2 bonus levels to use when you wish. Your training is complete!
You slap all of the seals and yell "Next Mission!"
Congratulations! You've reached a checkpoint! Your storyline will progress once all of the other Travellers reach the checkpoint as well.

Shoot the dummy into the air with vines from the ground, and fire a flurry of arrows and shurikens into it. Then pull it down into the ground with vine lash. Collect the arrows back.

"This is getting boring anyways."

Kenneth: Your impossibly large request of moves in one turn on Slappy does not compute. Maybe the spores are getting to your head? You practice a few shots into Slappy with Shortshot. You successfully take him down.
You gain +1 bonus levels to be spent at your leisure.

Marcau: You use Destroy on the dart, doing pretty significant damage to the dummy and destroying it.
You gain +2 bonus levels to be spent at your leisure.

What will you do?

What goes up must come down, an autobiography(or possibly a book with the last page ripped out). Smile

#1: Correct. What goes up, must comes down. (told to me via chat)

#2:

#3: Somewhat correct. I'll give it to you.
There were six colours originally. However, Isaac Newton was very heavily Christian. The number "six" was too close to 666, the number of the beast. He created the colour indigo so that the colour spectrum would be better received by the Catholic population.

Kenneth:
The Travellers: An Interactive Story - Page 12 Sonic-sonic-the-hedgehog-1046807_1024_768
A lost hero comes from nowhere, shaking his head.
"It's a shame that someone I travelled so far to meet ended up being such a loser. But we're two of a kind. All I do is lose... I don't have any cool skills. I'm a walking, talking rat. I wonder how it feels to get creampied by a fat guy after taking a roofie in the neck... I should go sit on Wario. He's better than me in Brawl anyway. I bet it would feel radical! I gotta go fast (like Sanic). Maybe that Slappy character will have some fun with his dead body..."

#2: Correct! Once you die, you cannot complete your own story. You head over to Kenneth's corpse and loot his items, included removing the bow from his arm. The bow shrinks into the form of a small tree root. You'll need alchemy to revive the bow and a spellbook to learn how to use a bow.
Obtained: Shortshot
Obtained: Small amount of loot
Obtained: Armoured Red Coat (makes you feel like a cool captain)

What will you do?

Congratulations! You have (finally) reached a checkpoint!

Your stories will proceed shortly. Trust few, love often, do your best, don't overstay your welcome, gain intel when possible, and for your own sake, don't go looking for fights. Medical tents and shops will be available in the next "patch". A financial system will be added. Battle system will be more comprehensive. Wendigo Physis is now a player slot filled by Evan. His normal role in the story will be filled out as well, along with the other secret bosses'.

The Travellers: An Interactive Story - Page 12 Empty Re: The Travellers: An Interactive Story

Post by Aaron Mon Nov 26, 2012 12:13 am

Walter: You wake up in front of a very populated building. You walk around a bit and find a very dusty and cracked sign. You do your best to make out what it says.

"Ce//d/n De////m//t S//r/"

It's a shame that the name was scratched out. You see many people walking around with strange creatures beside them. You also see what looks like a policeman dressed in black guarding a large building on the route ahead of you.
What will you do?

Freya: You wake up in the middle of a school. You understand the language those around you are speaking (Japanese), being a native yourself. You decide to look around and see a strange girl being followed by a taller boy dressed in blue. "Hurry it up, Kyon!"
What a strange name...

What will you do?

Marcau: You wake up surrounded by people who are dressed... rather strangely. One is a very well-endowed blonde girl, one is a glass-wearing (see Author's signature) boy wielding a gun, one is a similar looking, but not spectacled, boy with an odd tail and a cat on one shoulder. The rest stand behind the three. They observe you as if you are some strange creature. You reach out to ask for help up, but your hand is reflected by a glass barrier. You're in a gigantic cage.

What will you do?

Kenneth: Your body lays on the ground, dull and lifeless. You are suddenly reanimated and decide to enter one of the four worlds. You slap the seals and yell "Next mission!".
You are teleported to a city where a fountain slaps its base in front of a gigantic building. The sign reads:
/il/h C/
Strange.

Wendigo: You wake up floating on your back. A large boat with a huge pirate sail looms over you. You hear a cry out "...oofy...! Man overboard!"
You wonder what you did to get yourself into this.

What will you do?
