I actually use a choice item with that same set. You outspeed all landos with scarf, and it does more damage with specs while also not dying to sand. I've never tried the sash though, so I'll give it a shot and see how it works for me.

Just kidding. Pretty good set. And for clarification, the move is called "Volt Switch". <3
Anyway, yeah. It gets rid of a lot of annoying shit. Scizor dicks on it though, as I'm pretty sure Banded Bullet Punch does like 48-54%. I'd have to Calc it.

I honestly believe Jolteon and Scizor (both choiced) do about the same amount of damage, Jolteon may being able to KO.

Yeah, I actually think that this is still viable. With the prevalence of Sun and Rain, this can really tear shit up.

It is. It's easy to counter, but it can put some pretty big dents in a team that relies on Water types.

Ferrothorn and Thundurus-T are usually outs to electric types on rain teams. If you're abusing rain and you don't have an answer to electric types, than you deserve to lose. Gastrodon can be used as well, but it has to watch out for HP Grass.

Gastrodon is too prone to Draco Meteor, I've seen. Latios can switch in on it like a motherfucker, and unless you have a direct resist to Dragon-types, your ass is going to get pounded until next Tuesday. Kind of like Kal.[/b]

Defensive Gastrodon set can survive a Specs Timid Latios Draco Meteor and Recover off the damage. After the first one, Latios won't be able to do much else to it.
