NU vs. OU rain dance

This is a NU warstory.
I recently made a NU team that was so effective; I decided to start using it in the upper tiers. It does lose, it has a 17-5 ratio, which I am very proud of. Unfortunately, there are many bad sports on Pokémon Online, the server on which I am playing, meaning that don’t have much to preserve as a warstory. This is one of the few that the opponent did not ragequit, and actually stuck it through. Even though it wasn’t particularly interesting and doesn’t have much prediction, I’m sure observers will find it entertaining. Note that this is not a “wifi” battle on PO, so I had no knowledge of his team beforehand. I tried to use a team of essentially the most underrated pokemon ever, none of which are commonly seen in OU battles, and surprisingly, this is my most defensive team I have with 3 defensive pokemon:

This early in the game, I figure that this is one of those common iron head/zen headbutt choice leads, and will probably u-turn out. Fire blast is my strongest move, but he might switch out to something like Jellicent or Starmie, but I can KO starmie with a dark pulse. If he stays in and tries to flinch me, it’s my best option.

I guessed wrong. He is clearly not scarfed, and probably holds a damp rock. This team must be rain dance, though it works well that I got in a fireblast with focus sash intact. Dark pulse, to ensure the kill with better accuracy. Also, he has no politoed because otherwise he would not run rain dance on his politoed.

Didn’t count on roar..all my hard work, destroyed…Tropica can take it, so long as it doesn’t back hp ice. I don’t think it does, probably Rain Dance/Roost/Thunder/Roar, because it used the hp slot on roar.

Nice job Epic. You stopped on the colorful layout after awhile though D:. It makes the screen look more appealing. That's why I like using color in my posts.
