League of Legends 1v1 Tournament

We will be having a 1v1 League of Legends Tournament.
Rules:
Games will be held in Summoners Rift map.
Game ends once either first blood is drawn or second tower is destroyed.
You cannot use a champion more than once. You must play a different champion every round.
Items Wriggles lanturn and guardian angel are banned.
Jungling IS allowed (You are allowed to get the blue buff/red buff and to kill jungle creeps)
Sign ups will be closed once we have a good amount of people.

Im better than Evan at LoL, generally. If you ask Evan he would probably say the same thing, though Evan is quite good. I know this because I play with Evan all the time. I am pretty sure safi will win though out of all the people playing (I've played with all of them except resh) he is the best.
