Two Outclassed Flying types
Emolga (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Motor Drive
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Electro Ball
- Thunder Wave/Air Slash
- Encore
- Baton Pass
If you need something to take an Earthquake or need a place to safely take an Electric type, Emolga's something that you'll want to consider using. If you're a crazy enough player. Switch into the Earthquake or Thunderbolt, and Encore that slower Pokemon or outspeed the Thundurus-T with the Motor Drive boost. From then on you just forced a switch which you can either Thunder Wave right there and then, or safely Baton Pass the +2 Speed to another Pokemon. Electro Ball is there to cause damage to Slower Pokemon that you hit with Thunder Wave, or Air Slash for a Para Flinch attempt.
Xatu (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Night Shade
- Roost
- Thunder Wave
- Confuse Ray
Basically get in front of a hazard, status or annoying move like Leech Seed, and begin your Para Fuse combo. Roost is there to help out in recovery and Night Shade to spread some damage around.

Re: Two Outclassed Flying types
I love this Xatu. He has such good presence against stuff like Forretress and Ferrothorn. I enjoy using U-Turn over Confuse Ray, as U-Turn allows me to smack Celebi while rotating to an acceptable counter.
I don't really like Emolga. He's cute and all, but he just isn't really worth the slot in a team. I would switch it for something like Thundurus, as he is no longer Uber (to my knowledge) and has Volt Absorb.

Re: Two Outclassed Flying types
Emolga could be used in a lower tier environment, where he is not really a waste of space in a land of lower BST's. I run a similar Xatu on a VolTurn team with U-turn. though I've never considered confuse ray. However, I don't understand the large speed investment. Thunder Wave will slow the opponents down enough for Xatu to outspeed anything it needs to, and most OU pokemon will outspeed it anyways. I'd change the nature to impish/careful and relocate the EVs to defense.

Yeah. Better. I love VoltTurn. It's pro.

I'm thinking about a Hyper-Offense Volt-Turn. Not traditional, but getting out the damage dealers fast. Dealing damage fast. Getting out fast.

HO VolTurn's my favorite style, lol. HO FTW! Even my LC team's like that
If you are doing OU, then Rotom-W + Scizor's the way to start. Very common, but also very effective.
I might post the LC team, but the write-up will probably take awhile (I'm used to posting obnoxiously long RMT's)
