Actually, a paradox is an unsolvable problem. You could say that both Winter and Flash are known for being very bitter or very happy and different points in time, justifying their names on both lists.

A paradox would be something like "New rule, ignore all rules." Or "What came first, the chicken, or the egg?" They cannot be solved, because without one, the other cannot exist.

This is probably a really stupid argument, but I think "paradox" has 2 definitions -

Noun:
A statement or proposition that, despite sound (or apparently sound) reasoning from acceptable premises, leads to a conclusion that...
A seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true.

It just seemed a little..contradictory. That's probably a better word for the description anyways
