It may not be the best attack based pokemon but most players will think you going to set up rocks or rapid spin so it might work.I dont know?

Donphan's not that offensive, as there are many other pokemon that can do his role better in pure out sweeping. Also, he won't do much damage to SR switch ins, such as ferrothorn. If you really do want an offensive set, ice shard should be placed somewhere. Also, Adamant over Jolly. Donphan has good attack, but it isn't exactly stellar.

Yeah pretty much for a Donphan just run Adamant max Atk max HP Ice Shard SR EQ Rapid Spin/Seed Bomb as he's fairly bulky on the Def side even without EV's the only issue is that Ferro straight up bashes him so lower tiers only pretty much.

Seed bomb's a little redundant with EQ. EQ, Stone edge + rapid spin and ice shard is probs best, but because donphan isn't terribly strong, SR on there as the standard set is probably good.

If you want Sand Sweepers, just run Sand Rush Sandslash. Fast and hits like a Truck after a SD. Of course, you're still not exactly going to hit things like Ferro. Iirc, Lucario gets Blazekick, so you could try that.

Luc doesn't need blazekick, as STAB CC does more damage anyways and doesn't take up a moveslot, as it is always carried. Terrakion is an excellent sand sweeper as well.
