Hey guy PKMaster i known as pkmleader before 
i know this site is just beginning to grow but i think we should recruit more people
but i dont know how any tips ? what do you guys think ?

Recruiting

Follow these simple steps.
1. Go to serebii.net wifi chat. (You are familiar with it.)
2. Request a battle.
3. In PM, try to keep a conversation going, even during battle.
4a. In the case that you lose, compliment the victor, and say we could use more stong members in our brand new forum.
4b. In the case that you win, again, compliment the other, and say that you have a forum that can help them improve. State that we have some of very best battlers with us.
5. If they accept, send them the link. Tell them to Bookmark it. They may forget.

Well i went into serebii and i just posted the link so everyone could see it and i got kicked out it was kinda stupid of me to do that but it was worth a try

I have dealt with forums before, but not with pokemon.. but some factors were
a requirement. Maybe a requirement should be taken in basic pokemon knowledge and a guideline to expand their knowledge on pokemon ( EV,IV,shinies, etc.) and hopefully answer unasked questions.
Also forum users were rewarded for recruiting and actually using the forming (like getting to a certain number of posts) but of course spamming and abusing the reward system would lead to minor/major punishment fitting to the misbehavior.
It's not the best idea but i thought i should share this with forum admins , etc.
