THAT IS FREAKING AWESOME. It is great, but one nitpick is that the picture quality could improve a smidge and it looks a little off-center, as in the margins are bigger on the bottom than the top.

It's supposed to be like that , I wanted to add my YouTube name at the bottom so yeah .And I don't know how the picture quality can improve anymore since it's the max , you could say . I made it on paint.net

They're looking pretty good, I think. Though I think that you should tone down on the effects, or bring out the base image some more, since the effects are supposed to complement the image, not grab the focus away!

I can't tone down the effects. Paint.net doesn't work that way . And Goku I just wanted to show his raw power :3

You can't lower opacity of the effects on it? At all? I'd recommend using GIMP then.
Goku and uh, Kiba guy would be better off not being outstaged by the effects!

Nope :\ They give me like 10 options but they all look ugly if I choose any other . And it's weird because I work better with Paint.net than I do with GIMP . I just use GIMP to make my youtube backgrounds :\ But I want to learn how to make a transparent one.
