Sprite Battle #4

Hii Reshiram here and this is the 4th sprite battle. I will post an extremely hard to make sprite involving multiple pokemon (likely a fusion, which is when you combine the sprites of two or more pokemon). A simple way to do this is to use one sprite as the base and add parts from other sprites onto it.) Then who ever wants to posts a sprite made with the pokemon I mentioned (and you should point out what pokemon pieces are where so I know you used all the pokemon) and I'll say who won. This isnt pointless because you get a ribbon if you win. And did I mention you get 100 Dream Tokens if you win?

this contest will be a little different. you must make a pokemon that looks like a bomb. a bomb pokemon. you can use any pokemon to do so and use colors but you have to name the pokemon and colors you use.

same rules with scratching, dont do it or you will get points off.

um...... what pokemon did you use and did you scratch?

Resh, I used a voltorb , and the rest was scratch .

So in this contest, do we get points depending on how originally we use pokemon?

so you scratch colored a voltorb AND scratched a face on it. so the only actual thing that you used from voltorb or any pokemon is its shape/outline? i feel i should warn you. you will probably get a lot of points off. your supposed to scratch as little as possible. you can make a new sprite if you want or keep that one but.........

and you get points with the same grading as last time but the objective is to use pokemon in an original way yes.

Definition 1: a typical cartoon-type bomb


parts:
aipom= fuse
sigiliph= main bomb
koffing= skull
magmar= flame
shroomish= bump-thing fuse comes out of
aipom= eyes

colors:
sigiliph= main bomb, bump-thing fuse comes out of
shroomish=fuse
magmar=flame
koffing= skull

no scratching~

yeah but i think moo basically scratched everythign except the round shape and the shading. he didnt say where the eyes or mouth were from. or what pokemon he got the color from.

Definition 2: Legend of Zelda bomb flower


cherrim- plant part
panpour- main bomb
empoleon- bomb color
magnemite- top of bomb thing that's sorta like a fuse that ignates when you pull the plant up
skiploom- flower part
yanma/magnemite- flower color
octillery- eyes (didnt want to add eyes, but it had to be a pokemon, right? :/)

had to do a tiny bit of scratch to fix a some shading

*claps* good job. cant wait to see the third one lol.

Scratching isn't penalized, but it doesn't do anything positive either. I count it as neutral, and it does do good in adding to the appearance.

The eyes are Gengar's
The stem thing is Weepinbell's
The fire is Charmander's
And the body is Golem's
THERE IS A COLORED AND UN COLORED ONE =3

Tbh I'm thinking moo's one looks awesome cuz it has a more mature approach to it but hey that's just my opinion

now that looks like a REAL pokemon that would learn self destruct lol.

WOOHOO laziness ftw. Charmander's flame.. unknown's body.. i did scratch for the fuse. so i know this thing isnt gonna win so its just for the contest..

lol.... probably the most lazy sprite ive ever seen but it looks good XDDDD

i usualy go by if noone has entered in like 3 days. you can judge now if you want..

i think griffin has one more sprite left. I'll give her a day or two. I'll start grading them though.

Nah, I just got 4 DVDs of Doctor Who season 1 episodes and i've got a lot of drawing to do, so I probably won't get to it... You can start it without waiting o3o

okay, its been awhile. I'll start judging now, and hopefully, by today, I'll get the winner.

The winner was Griffin's Flower Bomb from Zelda. Moo's Death on Wings was a close second, but had a few technical errors.
