I assume this is an in-game team? Like, as in, not for wifi?

Well, it looks like with a lot of Full Restores and Revives, you could probably make it to the Champion. Your best bets for Volcarona will be Emboar's Stone Edge and Togekiss' Air Slash. Nice and powerful Pokemon, but sadly, they're not high enough level to put up much of a fight without backup from items.
