Earthquake & Waterfall are for stab and superpower is for coverage , there's lots of rock,ice and steel type pokemon in RU and NU. Other than that, Marshtomp works great as a physical wall, it's hard to stop after it has +1 Def , it is truly a beast. Try it out for yourself!

Only issue is that this thing has little attack, even after a boost, and taunt as well as toxic. Seems viable in NU though.
