Future Sight Mega Gardevoir
I've been using this set to completely demolish offensive teams, while limiting the switch-ins of stall teams, allowing my sweepers to keep offensive momentum up even when against match-ups that would normally defeat them.
Hina (Gardevoir) (F) @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SAtk / 156 HP / 4 SDef / 96 Spd
Modest Nature
- Future Sight
- Psyshock/Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Moonblast
With Sticky Web Active, Hina outspeeds Greninja by one point, and then the rest is pumped into HP for bulkiness. SP.ATK is maxed, and trace for getting free switch-ins from Heatran, Venusaur (Overgrow gives spore immunity, so no sleep for you), and to get the jump off Intimidate users such as Mawile, weakening them when they Mega.
Now for the moveset, a simple 4-attacks set that actually is more effective than you think. Let's say you've double switched into a Gliscor. Fearing the STAB Moonblast, he'll obviously switch into a special wall like Blissey to tank no matter WHAT move you hit it with. However, you pull Future Sight. The enemy, confused at why anyone would have the audacity to use such a move (it's notoriously weak to many), will just stay in as you switch back into, let's say Lucario.
This is where the fun begins, predicting the switch back into Gliscor, you go for Swords Dance. Gliscor switches in...only to lose 100% of its health. The enemy is now dazed. He is wondering, "What the hell just happened?". Future Sight got buffed to 120 base power. With STAB, it's a base 180 attack. Off of Mega Garde's 471 Sp.atk stat, no matter what switches in, if it doesn't have good special bulk, it's going down. But what if he wants to switch into something with Special Bulk? Sorry, but you have a +2 Lucario waiting for you.
Here's some statistics:
(Psychic is changed to 120 base power to simulate the actual damage of future sight)
252+ SpA Gardevoir Psychic vs. 252 HP / 72 SpD Gliscor: 297-351 (83.8 - 99.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(297, 301, 304, 307, 312, 315, 318, 322, 325, 328, 333, 336, 339, 343, 346, 351)
252+ SpA Gardevoir Psychic vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Skarmory: 172-203 (51.4 - 60.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(172, 174, 176, 178, 180, 182, 184, 186, 189, 190, 192, 195, 196, 198, 201, 203)
252+ SpA Gardevoir Psychic vs. 252 HP / 74 SpD Hippowdon: 306-361 (72.8 - 85.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(306, 310, 313, 318, 321, 324, 328, 331, 336, 339, 342, 346, 349, 354, 357, 361)
"So what? It doesn't even kill sometimes." That's not the point you blind fool. The sheer power of the attacks weakens them just great enough to so that whatever you have sent out SURELY will kill the switch-in. Most players run only one physical or special wall, so once he's down, the rest of your team is allowed to wreak havoc, thanks to Future Sight forcing your opponent to lose something.
I'll add some Showdown replays soon. Leave a comment and desu.

Re: Future Sight Mega Gardevoir
I have really been considering Future Sight, because it honestly has the potential to set up its own niche in this meta. It's a bit too obscure as of right now, but once people realise the possible plays that can be made, I think it will become much more popular. Not only is it a very good offensive move, it also has a pseudohazing effect in that it can zone out Pokémon that may stop your setup (for fear of taking the hit) or in that it can force out someone who has already set up and doesn't want to lose their sweeper yet.
In short, it's heavy utility and power.

Very interesting and refreshing. If it were me I would always run entry hazards with this. Just puts even more pressure on the opponent. A good spinblocker would also add to the crazy predictions that need to be made.

Buck's right. With hazards, the residual damage gets racked up like crazy. Coupled with a good defensive core or trifecta, you could probably do some serious desu with this.

Yeah I remember when I spotted the boost to Future Sight. And Mega Gardevoir does look like the best Pokemon that can use it right now.
