Padre: "All the townspeople are here. If what you are saying is true, can you point out to the one that put you up to this?"
1) Point to the old man.
2) Take the blame for the crime.

Padre:"Is this true, eler?"
Elder: "Ah! U-u-uh... you have to understand padre, my grandson was starving! I had no other choice!"
Padre: "I'm sorry elder, but no matter the intentions, you must still be punished. Watchman, take him away to the chopping block."
Elder: "No! Pease have mercy!"
The surroundings slowly fade away around you, and you find yourself back at the Dreamscaped Frontier.
Miose: "Enzan, I have a clearer idea of the person you are now. I believe you are quite naive and gullible, you appear to lack a strong judgment of character and are much too trusting. On the positive side, you are quite optimistic, and your kind personality makes you a strong ally to be with. Since you do not appear to have a strong sense of leadership, I recommend you find domineering friends that can help you on your way. Being optimistic makes hope your strongest tool, but it would be wise to be more down-to-earth every once in a while. You may not be able to trust everyone, but at least everyone can trust you. This is who you are. I shall now send you to one of three places that you may choose from."

LynjaBear, when you are ready please choose an action.
~Jenna's Dream~
You awaken on a tropical island. The sky is a pale white and you hear the soothing noise of waves crashing back and forth. Soon, someone calls out to you.
Teenage Boy: "Hey, Jenna! What are you doing just lying there? Come on, the camp's waiting, let's go!"
1) Talk.
2) Go with him.
3) Flip out and throw your shoe at him.
4) Ignore him and take a nap.

I don't know if I had to pick my choice now, but this is it:

LynjaBear wrote:1) Talk. (am I supposed to insert text?)
In just about any situation where you can speak, you are expected to talk in your own vernacular. After all, you're the only one who can portray your person the most accurately. Get into character, you're encouraged to. There's a fine difference in dialogue that defines you own trait. For example:
"I seem to be lost... I don't recall who I am or... where I am."
As opposed to:
"Who the hell are you? Why am I here? Stay away from me!"
Re: The Dreamscaped Frontier: An Interactive Story.
1.) Talk. What camp are you talking about? Who are you? Who am I?
Re: The Dreamscaped Frontier: An Interactive Story.
Teenage Boy: "Huh? What's with you, you hit your head on a rock or something, Jenna? It's me, Jack. We're going to meet the others at the camp to discuss how we're going to get off this island once and for all."
1) (Insert More Custom Dialogue)
2) "...But I like it here."
3) "...Okay."
4) "I don't like you."

Warning: LynjaBear, you have until Saturday to post your response or be dropped from the Interactive Story. For future reference, anyone planning on being gone for more than a week from their turn should notify me in advance.

Re: The Dreamscaped Frontier: An Interactive Story.
Due to extended inactivity by LynjaBear, she will now be dropped from the story. The game will resume soon with Buck's character: Desmond.
Re: The Dreamscaped Frontier: An Interactive Story.
Miose: "My children, I am sorry. I have lost all contact with Jenna. I fear for the worst. If anyone else wants to back down and stay here in the Dreamscaped Frontier, I will respect your decision. Desmond... are you ready? Or will you stay here?"

~Desmond's Dream Sequence~
The world around you materializes into a meadow countryside. A few clouds accenting the sky, the sun shining a bright orange. It seems like one of those summer dog days. A small boy with brown eyes and brown hair appears to be playing happily while an older teenager with green eyes and brown is sitting gloomily on the porch. Judging by their clothes and the environment, they don't seem to have much to their name.

I walk over to the small boy. "Hello, my name is Desmond. I'm new to these parts, and I seem to be lost. Could you tell me where I am?"

I walk over to the gloomy boy.
"Hello, my name is Desmond. I seem to be lost. I've talked with your brother, and he says this is the entrance to a forest with odd wildlife and perhaps treasure. Is there anything more you can tell me? I'm thinking of exploring it."

Re: The Dreamscaped Frontier: An Interactive Story.
The depressing teenager turns up at you with a look of pity and a hint of indifference.
Teenager: "Why even bother? The treasure's just a rumor know body even knows if it actually exists. Of course nobody has ever checked because of all the strange things that happen."
1) "Dude, what is your problem?"
2) "Well screw you, asshole. I didn't even want to talk to you anyway."
3) "What strange things?"
4) (Custom dialogue)
5) "Nice talking to you, I'm going to explore the forest anyway."

Re: The Dreamscaped Frontier: An Interactive Story.
Teenager: "You don't know? They say there are unusual beings in there that like to mess with outsiders, some people even change themselves. How has nobody ever found out whether or not there's actually a magical treasure there? Because the people that come back from the forest aren't the same. Finding a treasure becomes the lowest of their priorities, get it? If you still wanna go in there, I won't say I didn't warn you."
1) "So, what's your deal?"
2) "May I ask why you are here then?"
3) "Yeah, I listen and don't afraid of anything bro."
4) (Custom dialogue)
5) End the conversation.

Tired of the kid's emo shit, you end the conversation and decide to move on.
1) Enter the forest.
2) Walk on the fenced road.
3) Talk to the younger child again (custom dialogue)
4) Take the mountain trail.
